Universal Acquires David Guggenheim Pitch 364 For Ron Howard To Direct
EXCLUSIVE: Universal Pictures has become in business using its Safe House scribe David Guggenheim. The studio has preemptively acquired 364, a drama that'll be created by Imagine Entertainment. Ron Howard is mounted on direct. The title refers back to the length of time each year that the normal guy stays every year determining the heroic deeds he'll perform about the eventually every year he has super forces. John Grazer will produce and Erica Huggins is going to be executive producer. Guggenheim is very a tale in the own right. He was an editor at Us Weekly when he authored Safe House, and quit that job only after he offered it to Universal. That film just wrapped, with Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds starring for director Daniel Espinosa. Since that time, Guggenheim offered the Fox pitch Santiago, that has Simon Kinberg creating and that he set Puzzle Structure at Summit Entertainment, with Temple Hill creating.
